  • CV files are read inside your browser. They are not uploaded and CMBO does not keep the CV text.
  • Only the candidate name, file name, scores, recommendation and summary notes are saved to your organization's account record in CMBO's secured Google account, for credit and audit tracking.
  • Your organization is responsible for having a lawful basis (such as the candidate's consent) to screen a CV, and for how downloaded reports are stored and shared.
  • Data subjects may request access, correction or erasure through your organization or CMBO: [email protected]. Complaints may be filed with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
